Terms & Conditions

By making a booking for a stay at Sekeping Jugra you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before you proceed with your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. All cancellation request/notification must be made via EMAIL (manager@sekeping.com).
  2. A penalty equal to 20% of the total rate of your booking will be applied for requests made at least fourteen (14) full days before the scheduled check-in date (+6% for payment via PayPal/credit card. Transfer charges applied for international transfer).
  3. No refund will be made for cancellation requests less than fourteen (14) full days before the scheduled check-in date.

CHANGE OF DATE POLICY

  1. All change of date requests must be via EMAIL (manager@sekeping.com).
  2. A penalty equal to 20% of the total rate of your booking as administrative fees will be applied for requests made at least fourteen (14) full days before the scheduled check-in date.
  3. A penalty equal to 50% of the total rate of your booking as administrative fees will be applied for requests made less than fourteen (14) full days before the scheduled check-in date.
  4. Change of date is subject to availability.

PRIVACY POLICY

I consent to the collection, use and processing of my personal data for the purpose of processing and managing my booking, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

  1. A refundable deposit of RM500 is required for Meeting Space, Whole House, Photo & Video Shoot, and Event bookings.
  2. The deposit will be forfeited, in part or in full, for any breach of our House Rules, or for damage to the property (including furniture, furnishings, fittings, trees, and plants).
  3. A lost key incurs a separate RM50 fine, deducted from the deposit.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. Sekeping Jugra does not accept any liability for failure to provide the service contracted, or any of them, due to circumstances beyond our control.
  2. Sekeping Jugra is not in a position to guarantee Guest’s safety against events including but not limited to accidents, personal injury, death, acts or defaults caused by third parties, acts of God, flood, theft or even acts of negligence. All activities have inherent risks to health and safety, and Sekeping Jugra will not be responsible for any eventualities related to any activities or services booked through this website.
  3. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Sekeping Jugra will not be responsible for theft or damage of the vehicle or any of its contents.
  4. Sekeping Jugra will not be responsible for loss or damage of property left in the Guest’s room and/or the Sekeping Jugra property during the Guest’s stay. Guests are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injuries and money/valuable belongings.
